Ruger M77

I have a Ruger M77 in a .220 swift. Is there any difference between the M77 and the M77 MKII? My gun is just stamped with Ruger M77, but most things around the internet state M77 MKII. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

if the buttpad is red, and it has a tang safety, its a MkI.

Ok, so it is an MKI. As far as parts go are any interchangeable? I need a magazine spring and all the ones I've found so far are for MKII's.

Thanks for your help. I only got a chance to put a few rounds through it. I can't wait to get it all dialed in and go have some fun.
