Ruger .220 swift question

Hey,
I just joined the club so if this question has been asked, please excuse. I've found a Ruger listed as a M77 MKII in .220 swift. The serial number is 780-80xxxx. I has a laminated stock, blued receiver & stainless heavy barrel. I haven't found anything on the net that tells me exactly what model it is or the age. If you could provide some information I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks

Be careful 220 swifts are barrel burners.
