That's for me to know and not you!
So I got a new trigger kit for my Ruger MK III :) great match trigger, problem is that I cannot get the internal components back together completely I have been able to get the trigger installed correctly but am unable to get all the other pieces together for rear sear, I have the instructions but they are as clear as mud when I have the pieces in hand, does anyone have any color diagram or photos for reassembly?

Was there something wrong with the stock trigger?
I have been thinking of picking one up.

You didn't say if the MKIII was a "standard" or 22/45, or which trigger upgrade you were doing (VQ, Marvel, etc). This link, or links from this sight, should give you some good pics and instructions on disassembly/assembly. http://www.guntalk-online.com/detailstrip.htm

I've done the VQ trigger/sear/hammer upgrade on my MKIII Hunter. No problems until I got to putting the mag disconnect and hammer back in the frame and getting the pin through all that (needed fewer thumbs on my two left hands). Fixed that by using a small screwdriver to hold that assembly in for allignment and then push the screwdriver out with the pin.

Actually, I've done the disassembly/assembly procedure about three times. I didn't like the extended bolt release I bought, and replaced it with the original. I also re-did it while it was fresh to get some pics for future attempts.

Have you gone over to www.rugerforum.com and posted this problem there in the rimfire or gunsmithing section. The more experienced and knowledgable people over there can help quickly. Some may be here also. Just an idea.

The guntalk link goes through it pretty well. Make sure and use something to line everything up and then push the pin through. The long leg on the sear spring goes under the crosspin in the frame.
