Here are the bp revolvers that I own:
Uberti 1847 Colt Walker .44
Armi San Marco 1847 Colt Walker .44
Uberti 1848 Colt 2nd Model Dragoon .44
Colt Signature 1848 Colt 3rd Model Dragoon .44
Pietta 1851 Colt Navy .36
Pietta 1858 Remington New Navy .36
Pietta 1860 Colt Army .44
Euroarms 1860 Colt Army .44
Uberti 1861 Colt Navy .36
Uberti 1862 Colt Pocket Police .36
Euroarms Rogers & Spencer .44
Pietta Starr Single Action .44
Uberti 1873 Cattleman (Colt SAA) .44
Ruger Old Army .44
The only one which must use a loading stand is the Uberti 1873 Cattleman .44, which is a c&b version of the Colt Single Action Army and does not have a functional loading lever.
A single device which accommodates all of the above is the goal. The unit sold by Powder, Inc. meets that goal. However, yours appears to be at least as well made, if not better, and is smaller and thus more convenient to carry and use. The price is competitive if the versatility of the Powder, Inc. design can be met.
