Ruger P89 Mec-gar 17 round mags fit flush to the frame?

Title pretty much asks my question. I saw some 17 round mec-gar mags for the Ruger P89. Does anybody know if they fit flush to the mag well?

I think mine hang out maybe a 1/32 of an inch. On the other hand they don't need to be slammed in order to lock in like the factory mag that came with my P89. They also function perfectly and I recommend them.

I've got a P95 and bought a 17 round Mec-Gar magazine for it and it fits flush.
I think the P95 and P89 use the same mags.
I've spent several boxes of rounds through that magazine and it's functioned perfectly so far.

Yes, the 17-rd Mec-Gar mags are flush fit in the P89 (and all the compatible P-series pistols like the P93, P94 and P95).
