Looking for a detail positive answer

Alas, most of us reside in the USA, and those guns are not imported here. You would probably have better luck getting answers to your questions elsewhere, but good luck to you.

I consider you lucky to have the opportunity to buy one.
Baikal made firearms tend to be made strong and reliable.
There are many, many Baikal Makarov pistols here in the U.S. being carried and used everyday as primary handguns and they seem to get the job done just fine.
I can imagine the 9mm Parabellum chambered weapons are just as well made.

From couple of Viking pistols that I have handled - very poor fit and finish, full of rough machining marks and burrs. Reliable with FMJ bullets. If you drop a full magazine from 1m to a concrete floor, the plastic butt plate will brake.
On one of the pistols there was a 1mm gap between the barrel locking lug and the slide when in full lockup - totally unacceptable, but it passed the Izhevsk QC! Viking has a manual safety that is blocking the sear when engaged, but on four pistols the safeties did allow considerable movement of the sear - around 0,5mm - the parts are not fit well at all. As for barrel life - I did not shoot much with this pistol, but you must consider this - Izhevsk firearms have some serious quality problems since 1989.
Overall, Viking is not a bad pistol, but you need to look at the example you want to purchase very thoroughly.

It was made to fire the very pressurized/very hot armor piecing 7N21/7N31 9x19 ammunition.

So I say it can handle it.

Boris,
Thank you for your comments. I am happy we have so many diverse members on this forum.

About the barrel life and +P+ HIGH PRESSURE NATO or 7N21/7N31 very pressurized/very hot armor piecing 9x19 ammunition may safely suitable for use in Baikal mp 446 handgun, I like to still open this debate for everyone because none here so far came up with any authentic data regarding the ability of Baikal mp 446 handgun and not available on any website or forum

Baikal Viking MP446 is like a solid TANK that will survive the harshest of conditions and keep on going and going and going.

Don't believe me, check this out.
