Russian sks with gold bayo

Hi everyone I asked this question on another forum but there is more "traffic' on THR
I have a Norinco SKS and found a shop that has a Russian Tula 1951r for sale for 400.00 with all matching # I don't know if I should sell my Norinco and put that money towards the Russian or just keep my Norinco, is the price a little high for the Russian? What do I need to look for in the Russian sks to see it its beed refurbed?

you can find them cheaper. most of them have probably been re-arsenaled at one point or another.
