Join us in central North Carolina on Saturday, June 18, as the RWVA commemorates the 230th anniversary of the Battle of Bunker Hill in June, 1775!

We will be firing from breastworks, just as on that historic day, testing our skills against the redcoats out to 500 yards. We'll start the day with the AQT, but the real emphasis for this shoot is maximum time on the pop-ups. Don't forget your gear, 'cuz the big fun begins when you gotta shoot and then scoot to your next position!

Time: 8:30 am; shoot 'til dark or out of ammo
Place: Revolutionary War Veterans Association Range, Ramseur, NC
Entry: $35 in advance each event/$40 day of shoot

Extra special deal: We have some limited availability for camping (no electricity/RV hook-ups) on the range available for $10/night. See the RWVA Forum for more details.

See latest Shotgun News for more details, or go to http://www.rwva.org/. Sign up at http://www.fredsm14stocks.com/article.asp?ITEM=25.

Great facility, great folks. All skill levels welcome!

Bring 400 rounds minimum, and be prepared to shoot fast and well.

Did I mention to bring enough ammo? An extra rifle might be a good idea, too, unless you have shaken the bugs out of your main stick.

Iron sights preferred, but scopes can be used.

Any centerfire rifle caliber .32 or smaller is welcome.

Just bring your desire to shoot well and learn.

Special bonus prize for the shooter(s) who travelled the longest distance to get there!

Directions: From Ramseur, North Carolina - go South on NC Route 22, about 2 miles, then left on Old Siler City Rd. Go about 2 miles to a Stop sign. Proceed straight from stop sign (Parks X roads ('crossroads'). Immediately turn right onto Willie Wright Rd. Go about one mile to the range entrance at the intersection of Willie Wright Rd. and Royal Ridge Rd.

Remember: if you're just talking, you ain't shooting!

PS: The gun grabbers of the world want YOUR guns. Don't believe it?
