i tried finding this but cant. did you have to call them or order online?Picked up a couple of these synthetic grips for my two 642's. They're full-size, with plenty of room for the pinky, but
still conceal very well in a pocket. Got em from the SW website.

I have tried Hogues and Eagles and all sorts of aftermarket grips, but in the end I wound up a huge fan of the Pachmyer compact grips for the J frame.Pachmayr Compac grips for J-frames are similar in size to the Hogue grips. A little different shape.

I put the link to those grips back on Post #7. I guess you didn't check the link I posted.i tried finding this but cant. did you have to call them or order online?
I did see it a few days ago. his pic showed them on the gun so I kind of forgot about yours. Sorry. . I looked at the link and thought they looked too large but with his on the gun I said ooh I like those.I put the link to those grips back on Post #7. I guess you didn't check the link I posted.

I never cared for the Pachmayr Compacs on my J frames (big fan though of their Presentation and Gripper models); always thought they were a bit too big and felt awkward in my hand. Even chopped a set down with somewhat mixed results. Much prefer the factory stocks with a Tyler T-Grip adapter or else the factory boot grips.
This is a great - looking J...........thanks for posting.
My 640 came with those. They're comfortable to shoot with, but make pocket carry more difficult. I finally wound up with this Crimson Trace LG-405 set:Picked up a couple of these synthetic grips for my two 642's. They're full-size, with plenty of room for the pinky, but
