S&W M&P 360 questions

Just picked up an M&P 360 1 7/8" snub nose. I intend to use it as a CCW, but am looking for some advice from those that have the same weapon for the same purpose...

1. What holster did you buy? I'm looking for a leather OWB.

2. What loads are you carrying? .38 or .357 and why?

3. What is your opinion on this little snubbie for concealed carry?

I have a 360, and the thread mentioned does contain a lot of info. I actually carry it in an IWB holster between my belt and my jeans, it actually is largely covered by the belt, and the end of the barrel tucks into the change pocket of my jeans, it actually conceals it very well, quite securely, and much more comfortably than actually in the pants IWB. I carry (gold dot).38SPL+p in it, reason for that is simply because its a very solid load and is a bit softer than the .357 on the hand. I put a quality .357 in next to the same brand/type .38 SPL+p and theres a rather large difference, and I find the 38 simply easier and quite adequate, in the event i have to make a follow up, ill be quicker on target with the 38 as i am in practice. The holster is a cheap leather unfinished $20 from the local shop, dont recall brand and im too lazy to get up an get it out of the closet at the moment. Holster works beautifully, no complaints.
a gold dot .375 in this thing actually makes my face hurt when shooting, the blast is rather intense. noisy cricket indeed.
