I own a USP 40 Var1 LE. If you have the ability to buy the USP for the same price as the S&W... buy the USP. It has better value down the road.. especially if you have to pawn the guns to buy a kidney or something..

I own the Black over Green, and it shoots like the target has a bullet magnet. I carry a G22 for duty and my HK off duty. I have over 6000 rounds through the USP and zero malfunctions at all.

There is no comparison. HK pistols might be little expensive but I rank then among the best in the best in the world.

I don't have the 40, but I do have the 45 of both M&P45 and USP45.
The HK USP is far superior
