I just got, what I expect to be a Model 10, however, it doesnt actually have the "number" 10. The designation used is "X-3". It can be viewed in my other thread, here http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?t=250691 . The serial number on the frame, under the barrel is different from the number on the bottom of the grip. One serial number is 9388 (pictured) and the other is S 9343** on the bottom of the grip. What I need to know is the born on date and the value. I am told that the 5 screw models are more rare. The original box and original, matching number grips are with it. So, anyone have any info to shed some light for me?
