Someone is interested in my 4" Model 13-3. It's in what I would call 98% condition with a just a little muzzle wear. Just for kicks and grins, what would your opinion of a top selling price be? I have the original S&W wood K-Frame square butt grips too.

Thanks in advance.

The only pic I have right now.......

Just sold one that wasn't as nice as yours for $250 at a gun show. I would think about $300 would be a top price. Any higher and I would look for the more deluxe M19 which I see at $350-$400..

Thanks all. I do appreciate it.

I'll hold on to it. If tops was no more than $200, I might have sold it to him, he can't afford anything more than $150. But if I could potentially get $300-$400 for it, I think I'll keep it. Besides, it'll be too much of a pain in the rump finding another one in this condition some day. It was more of doing this guy a favor selling it to him, I think I'll just say no. If he was a good friend, it might be different.

Thanks again.

Good move keeping that, Marshall. A true classic.
I understand the shrouded ejector and adjustable sites of the 19/66 are attractive to many, and can see why they'd be slightly more desirable, but I've always thought the 13/65 are very underappreciated.
You're right, you would eventually want it back, or another just as nice, and it would be harder to find and more expensive.

For $150-$200, help your friend find a nice used model 10 or Taurus or Ruger .357
