S&W service rocks

I bought a Sigma shot 1000 rounds through it and I was still not happy with the trigger pull so I called S&W and they said send it in 1 week later she is back and she is breaking at little less than 6 pounds. She is super sweet now! Best part it cost me a dollar so I could pick it up at the shipping center instead of home delivery.

Couldn't agree more. My M&P had a crack in the trigger. It was out of my hands a grand total of exactly 6 days, it was fixed of course, and they threw in a free magazine without me even asking for one...total shipping cost to me..$0.00...to and from.

S&W has probably the best customer service in the business and other businesses should emulate them as well.
