I would lıke to introduce you a new shotghun.I introduced you Zigana weapons before now ı am presenting you a 36-410 caliber T-14 Safir made in Turkey similar to M16.This semi auto shotgun has a magazine for ten rounds, upper receivers are conformable with M16 but lower is specific for it’s own magazines. It has an effective range of 300 meters. If you have further questions for T-14 please ask.
Best Regards

safirarms,

Will it be imported into the USA?

If so, who is your distributor here?

Do you have a retail price set for it yet?

Thanks,

lpl/nc

Hmmm, the 2 1/2 inch Winchester AA .410 shell that I just held up against a 20-round Colt 5.56mm AR magazine was only faintly over length. It's too long by the thickness of the rim, or perhaps the crimp (yes, I know that it needs more clearance than that to function).

I, too, am interested in more details.

Welcome to The High Road, safirarms.

Dear Lapin,
Thanks for your interest to T-14.Negotiations are on,soon we will let you know the Distributor and the prices.

Dear Boredelmo,
Our Lowers are specific to our Mag.AR 15 mag's can be used with T-14 but T-14's mag are not conformable with Ar15 LOWERS

If I read your post correctly, I could use your T-14 lower with your T-14 upper and T-14 mags to shoot .410 shotgun shells,

OR

I could put a normal 5.56 x 45 mm (.223) AR upper on your T-14 lower and use 5.56mm AR mags to shoot 5.56mm rifle cartridges.

Is this correct?

Brian

Dear Brian,
T-14 lowers are specific to it's own magazines and the cartridges as well (410 cal.) But T-14 lowers are conformable with AR15 uppers.T-14 is designed for 36-410 cal for now, soon we shall manufacture the grooved one in same caliber.
Best regards
Berdan

Neat looking tool, but I can't help but wonder what .410 round has a range of 300 meters.

+1

Perhaps 300 yds with slugs?

Also interested in pricing, options and magazine cost. Is it compatible only with 2.5 or will it accept 3" .410?

Oh, cool. I will probably buy one, but only after I've gotten all of my other "OMG THE LIBERALS ARE COMING!" buying out of the way. This would be more of a toy than a real tool, to me- not that there's a darned thing wrong with toys.

Also, if you could produce a scaled-up version to shoot 20ga or even 12ga, you'd be able to give the Saiga-12/20 a run for the money.

I know that there's quite a bit of redesign needed to scale it up to 12ga, though. Still, that'd be seriously fun. :)

It would be a lot of fun to take one to a skeet range, especially if you could conceal the fact that you're loading shotshells in it!:)

Maybe make a few bucks until people catch on.

since I already have the complete line of saiga shotguns I am picking up the Safir T14. My question is where can I get the 10 or 15 round magazines I read so much about. I have 2 5 round mags but for fun the larger capacity would be nice.

Hi

So how is the fit on if you put this .410 upper on an AR lower? Any issues with the operation? Thanks

They fit fine on a standard upper. Standard upper may or may not fir fine on the Safir lower. At least that was my experience.

Fun gun, but effective to 300 meters? Nah. Maybe with slugs, I guess. I never tested them out that far, but they sure are fun at much closer ranges.

BTW, is that you, Gary?
