Okay, I was checking the ammo supply at the local Wal-Mart here in Northern Nevada. Saw this "adjustable" Safariland GLS 576 Pro-Fit holster for wide-frame pistols.
Under $40 for a Safariland, I figure, I can do that without felling to bad if it's junk. I already have 5-6 Safariland holsters in various configurations.
Opened the package, it contains holster with belt adapter, adjusting Allen Wrench, instructions and box panel with, what it fits, supposedly every medium to large polymer handgun known to mankind.
Holster uses the same 3 screw mounting system as the other polymer Safariland holsters. There's also a paddle holster style one offered, that model is a 578. IWB is model is 575 (might have to find one of those).
Tonight I tried it out on a bunch of different handguns and was easy to adjust and make it fit properly. A couple were really finicky about getting the setting exactly right. I found the easiest way was too open the adjusting screw out with the supplied tool until the pistol was really loose fitting, then tighten until proper tension was achieved, without over tightening. Easier on some than others.
Guns that Fit: G3 G19 & G21
Ruger SR9e and American 45 ACP
Springfield XD-9
Sig Sauer SP2022, P226, P229 SAS, P320 P250sc
Ones I tried that didn't fit right: 1911's
Sig Sauer P365xl
SCCY CPX-1
