I wanted your opinions on the City Safe Modul-X 111 and 121 series safes. I am looking for fire protection but at the same time if there were a breakin I want my stuff to be safe. These safes may be overkill for my home, but I do like the fact that they come in pieces so that it would be easy for me to assemble anywhere in my home, as opposed to paying someone to move a 1k-2k lb safe in my home.

Another option is I have found a couple of used Amsec Amvault safes on Craigslist. But again I'm not sure about what I would pay to have a competent safe moving company move this safe in my home without breaking tiles etc.

I had originally checked out graffunder safes which I liked, but with their cost + shipping + cost of someone moving it into my house is over my budget. The city safe factory is local and I could pick it up, and the amvaults I would pick up as well, a couple hour drive.

I am a big fan of City Safe, so much so that I'm also a dealer.

City Safe is the only manufacturer of a modular UL burglary rated safe. It also carries a 6 sided rating. It's tougher than the AMVAULT.

With the options you've given, it's City Safe all the way.
