Saiga .223 questions.

Hi there!

Does anyone know what twist rate the Saiga .223 is?

For those who shoot it what bullet grain does best?

If you install the bullet guide will it still be able to use the original mags or the Surefire mags?

Twist rate is 1/10" - of several factory ammunition I tested, I got the best just over 1" group at 100 yards using Black Hills 55 gr FMJ out of my 16" Saiga .223.
