Saiga Interdiction Tab

Am converting a 7.62x39 saiga, didn't have to worry about the interdiction tab on the .223 cause it feeds from Saiga mags. This one feeds from modified (neutered) AK mags. Of the 4 I have, 3 fit in the well just fine, and one needed a little dremeling to the back tab to help fit. Am I lucky and should just ignore the tab? or Should I grind my Interdiction Tab off anyway?

I say get rid of it. It's not like you'll ever need it. If you're refinishing your rifle, you might as well do it beforehand. That way you won't have to retouch anything once you decide to file it off down the road.
