Saiga or Yugo?

I want to get a shooter in 7.62X39. Money is tight, and about to be tighter. If I were to get only one, which should it be, the Yugo SKS, or the Saiga?

Keep in mind, I'm in the PRK, so it'll be a Kal-approved Yugo, and I don't even know if the Saiga is "approved" here-and I'll be limited to 10 round mags.

Saiga is illegal in Kali, as it uses an AK reciever.

Darn it! My parents live in CA and I wanted to show my dad my Saiga. I don't want to end up in jail (go figure...law abiding firearms owner type), so I guess I'll just have to show him pics.
