SAR B6P Question

I believe we have members who own both the SAR B6P and the compact version of the same pistol. Has anyone tried putting the longer slide on the compact frame? If not, would someone be willing to try this and report on whether or not it works? I know the grip isn't a lot shorter, but every little bit helps with concealment. Thanks in advance.
