I bought my son a used 111 in .243 but it is too big for him. I found the length of pull is 13.5in on the regular 110 and 12.5in on the youth model. I did cut the butt the inch and it fits a lot better now.
The measurement I need is from the front action screw to the front of the stock. I am going to cut the barrel down to 20in from 22in.
Btw this is on a staggered feed 4.27 action
