Savage 720 Friction ring source...

Does anyone know of a source for the friction piece, spring and ring for a 720? Everyone seems to be out of stock for 12 gauge parts at the moment... Also, would Remington 11 or Browning parts do the job?

While I can't say for sure but I BELIEVE the friction rings and springs will interchange among these models.
