I made a stainless steel floor plate for my Savage 93R17BVSS rifle. I now want a couple of pan head stainless screws in 12-32. Does someone know if these are available? A friend suggested I re-tap the action screw posts to 1/4-28 and use the front action screws from a stainless Rem. 700.
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can reach my goal which is to replace the factory blue screws with stainless ones?
