Savage Striker Build - Need Suggestions?

Just acquired a slightly used stainless striker that I want to build into my next varmint gun. I'm thinking of replacing the barrel with a nice Lilja or Kreiger SS barrel chambered in 22BR. I'll replace the trigger (the factory trigger is really bad) with a lighter, adjustable model from Dewy and top it off with one of my Leupold 14X scopes.

The only thing I just cant find, is a custom stock company that makes a stock for this style gun. If you have any suggestions, I would be grateful for the input. Thanks

45, I just kept my stocks the same. But there are afeter markets somewhere. You need to get over to specialtypistols.us You'll get as much info on the Savage Striker there than any place else.

Here is my 243 WSSM with 8 twist Broughton that shoots the 115's very well (4.5-14x Leup. VX-III VH reticle)--

I am thinking along the same lines, just don't like the factory stock at all.

If I can find a new laminated stock, I'll prime and paint some wild colors on it (I'm thinking maybe flat black with high gloss blood red splatter all down it or something)
