What form do i have to fill out for a short barreled shotgun build?

how do i go about requesting the form or can i download and print it somewhere?

and can anyone point me to the legalities in Delaware on SBSs?

ive looked and dont see anything specific for or against it

oh one last question if i wanted to put a pistol grip on a shotgun after legaly shortening the barrel is there anything illigal about that?

like if i wanted to be able to switch between PGO and shoulder stocked

No, once you have a tax stamp you can put pistol grips etc on it without any problems.

ive checked my state laws (Delaware) but didnt find anything other than the federal limitations on bbl leanth

Yes, the "big one". Will your local law enforcement chief sign off on it?

If so you are good. If not, you will have to look into forming a trust or corporation to get around the signature.

The signature doesn't give "permission" but many LE types see it that way and won't sign.

Hmm. Hang on. Found this regarding Delaware.

According to this you can't have an SBS.... Might dig into it more.

my state sucks more and more
i dont know how suppressers are classified but i know there is a sepcific law set that prohibits those so im not suprised if SBSs arent allowed either
