Can you tell us where these bases with the foreign troops are? You don't have to reference any documents just tell us where they are. That way some THR member who lives near there can say yay or nay.

Werewolf: no apology necessary. I'll have to go back and look up the specifics. It's been over a year since I've looked at all that stuff and I don't remember any base names. It might be a wee bit before I can look the stuff over, however. My friend with the clippings is dealing with some major family problems and it'll be a bit before things are normal enough at his house to have me hanging about going thru his files. I'll ask him where he got them from tho. Sorry I can't answer this right away.
