School marksmanship team barred from shooting competition by their own principa?

Since when are target rifles, let alone pellet guns, defined as "weapons?"

I'm going to bump this to encourage all those who called/wrote to call/write to thank the school for having the courage to re-think their policy.

Also, it's a reminder that people are watching- don't let this just disappear.
