Schoolboard gone crazy - Expelling kid for turnin in a deadly (BB) gun he found

Actually the more I think about it the more it does make sense.

Guns are Evil.
Boy had Gun (even if only turning it in).
Boy is now Evil.

They must go through with the cleansing process to rid of the evil.

What the F--- has this country and it's edjamacation system gone nut's , OK so the kid might of thought about keeping it, so would I at that age. BUT he DID step up and turn it in. So what do the amobe like screwll administrators do..They couldnt say" great job, but next time let's do it this way or that", or offer some gun safety assemblies for all the school. No they reinforce the notion that no good deed goes unpunished. And if there was any intelligence in that school board the kid should get punished for handing over a pellet gun to some obvious half wits.
