Scope recommendation

I am going to be purchasing a Tikka T3x in 6.5 CM. Looking for a scope recommendation for this rifle. Looking to spend no more than 600 dollars and this will be used on primarily white tails with a shot distance of no more than 400 yards.

Leupold 3x9, 2.5x8 or 3.5x10

I put a Leupold New Freedom 3x9 on my Rem 700 in 30.06. My brother liked it so much he put the same on his Tikka T-3 and loves it. We shoot in an area that the longest shot might be 350 yards.
