ring height and bore guide

Hello and good morning .

Recently purchaed a Tikka T3X varmint rifle and need to figure out the height for the scope rings.

Looking at the Talley rings for the Leupold scope I have .

The scope is a VX3I 4.5-14x 50 , 30 mm.

Wont be shooting out past 300 or 400 very often .

Believe I saw some data suggesting medium rings for the scope I have but wanted to confirm .

Alsos looking for a bore guide suggestion , seems to be many options but not all of them fit the Tikka

Tally single piece tend to be pretty tall.
Mediums clear on my Ridgelines Sendero profile barrel and 50mm meopta, but only just.

What caliber is your T3X? I might be able to figure out which one you actually need.

was looking at the tallys and the Leupold might be a good option as they have the selector to tell you which ones would work with my scope. looks like the back country in high are what they suggest.

The T3X is a 223
