U.S. Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg was taken to the Washington Hospital Center Thursday evening after feeling ill in her Chambers earlier in the day, according to a statement issued by The Supreme Court.

Ginsburg, 76, felt ill about an hour after receiving treatment for iron deficiency anemia. Ginsburg complained of light-headedness, fatigue, and feeling faint.

"She was monitored at the Court, blood tests were performed and she was found to be in stable health. Fluids were administered and her symptoms improved, but she was taken as a precaution for evaluation at the Washington Hospital Center," read a statement from The Supreme Court.

Ginsburg, the second woman admitted to the Supreme Court, underwent a comprehensive health assessment in July 2009 and was found to be in normal health with the exception of a low red blood cell count cause by iron deficiency.

Ginsburg underwent surgery for pancreatic cancer in February but returned to work quickly.

even if she leaves the bench there will be no effect on the makeup of the court at this time. 2a would not be threatened because they would replace a far left justice with the same thing.

Not so gun related.

Right.

Would they be able to replace her before an Incorporation case, or would be just be minus one anti-2nd Amendment judge, which could be good for the 2nd Amendment and Incorporation?

Has no bearing on our cause. Off topic.
We still have 5 votes. It would just be 5-3 instead of 5-4. Majority wins.

Now you understand how it has bearing to this website.

A 5-3 is more votes then 5-4 and a safer bet for us.

With the Incorporation case being on the docket right now at SCOTUS and being decided within the next 2 weeks whether or not SCOTUS will hear it, it is very important to us and relevant to this website.

So what? Until there is more info, other than that she was feeling faint, and is in stable health, it really doesn't concern us IMO.
