Resealed my Sears Crosman 1400 a couple of years ago. Tried to use it after it sat for a while. Trigger would not function. Took it apart partially, heard the piston reset , reassembled and oiled the pump seal. Seems to work fine now. Decided to sight it in again. 4 pumps at 10 yards. Target on left is 3shot group high, adjust sight and 4th shot is acceptable. Target on right I shot bottom right, bottom left, called the flier on middle, then top 2 standing freehand. The 1400 is a classic that I owned in the early 1980's and friends had in the 70's. Very powerful, accurate and death on small game. All pumps should be stored uncocked with 1 pump to maintain the seals. It has kept my old Sheridan and Benjamin rifles in good working order. You ever want to sell it I'm a player...
