Got the shotgun yesterday. Everything at Capitol Loans went very smoothly. Just cost the $20 (plus the sales tax on the $20 for a total of $21.78) for the transfer. They were quick, professional, and chatted just enough to be pleasant but without wasteing too much of my time.
The neighborhood is a little sketchy though. Definitely need to maintain situational awareness while leaving.
I'd go there again for transfers. They don't normally retail new guns (pawn shop) so they don't seem to mind too much doing the transfers.
