probably just a bunch of idiots camping and firing their gun in the air like retards. But, since the police made a big deal out of it, the press does too.

I wonder why they did not release any details on what the suspects said...

It's been reported that the shooter denied targeting police or anyone else. "If I had been shooting at the police, you would have a lot of dead cops" was his statement.

I dunno why it is that I keep sayin' this but it doesn't seem to be sinking in - THR is not the dumping ground for every news story that involves a gun. Without some viable hook for THR members (HD, SD, or legal) to discuss, the news story is simply NOT appropriate here.
