I'm just starting to search for info. I quickly found two possibly relevant links:

The first is an incident back in 2009. The second is dated March 15, 2013. The latter is not about the arrest he's claiming. It is about a recent city council meeting. Related? Was the arrest motivated by the city council incident? I don't know. I'll report more, if I find more.

Thank you for the reply baz. I'll keep my eyes open and my wallet closed until more details emerge.

Thats my Lawyer and I shoot with him occasionally. I know him to be an upstanding Man with fine a reputation as an Army Officer and a Attorney.

Sorry, I can't feel remorse or pity for someone that says we can't trust the federal government, yet he works for the very government he says won't look out for us.
has to be more to his story that we haven't been told.

He sounds pretty lawsuit happy and is just looking for a goose to lay a golden egg for him somewhere. "I was illegally arrested" sure doesn't provide enough info for me to open my wallet.

The soldier wrote a reply to one of the comments. He stated that the prosecutor's office won't even get the paperwork for a few weeks or longer, so he hasn't been charged yet.

But he's already collecting money.

Thanks John.

Not specific to this case, but speaking in general terms, those who hold a level of skepticism toward the government are the exact people I like to see in it.

Nothing like some time in the Military to make you a bit skeptical about your Government at times.
