Has anybody out there ever mailed their sold C & B's to other buyers? If so, what are the steps in doing so? I am thinking of selling 2 of my new revolvers: 1851 .36 cal Pietta, fired twice only, and an 1858 Target Remmie Stainless Steel, never fired except with caps. Both were purchased from Cabelas early this year. Thanks for you responses.

You simply mail them. :)

USPS, UPS, FedEx will all take them; DHL WILL NOT.

Make certain to insure them for more than they're worth - on the offchance they get lost/stolen/damaged you want to be covered, and insurance is cheap.

Good! In that case, I am selling them in this foum. Both for $400. Any takers?

They're both practically brand new. Like I said, the 1851 was fired only twice. And was thoroughly cleaned. The 1858 Stainless Target model has never had a ball through the barrel.

what cal is the 1858, I used to have one and I loved it. traded it for some work on my car, shouldn'a done that.

You might want to try to sell them locally too since a potential buyer would then be able to actually inspect the guns as well as save some money on the shipping fees.
Then there's also the gun auction sites to consider.
Good luck.

Got any pics to post of these pieces?

And I've purchased both a C&B revolver and an 1853 Enfield rifled musket through the mail.
