When brass-ratting, one comes up with some interesting headstamps sometimes, (that "ammoland" one threw me a bit), but this one was just a wee bit strange. I'm sure many people know immediately what this one is, since I rarely buy ammo, and I know the manufacturer, but the load itself is a tiny mystery. The headstamp is "FC NT 9mm LUGER". Ok, it's Federal, but the NT and the fact that the primers are HEAVILY crimped in place but without a NATO circle/cross kinda threw me off a bit.
Ideas?

Yup, NT indicates non-toxic...there are some differences in primer pocket and flash hole

I just cull they out of my cases...I have them in 9mm and .40

I found some 9mm like Russian machine gun ammo that the primers were heavy crimped. went to give them to a buddy to reload and he said throw them away you will break a pin getting them out and they are really bad crimped so not worth it. I used to get it at dunhams but haven't seen it in about 8-10yrs.

I have cycled FC NT 9mm brass a few times through my loader. It's fine.
I would like to know about a headstamp I have on some brass, it's not listed anywhere
The stamp is: RDHK
