I'm glad you had fun. But, my navy friends didnt, and the marines I have met...well, they don't like to share their stories, but they keep going back again and again. Maybe curiosity will get the best of me one day.
Just lucky, I guess, but as in most endeavor, attitude has a whole lot to do with it. My whole enlistment was an adventure. Maybe it's just me but even the scary parts were exilerating.
