SF Bay Area Shoot

Hey folks,

Myself, a guy from the Nation of Riflemen (Kim du Toit's site), his friend, a fellow from my college class, and possibly a female from one of my class, her boyfriend, and several other individuals will be shooting this Saturday at the Sunnyvale Rod & Gun Club in the San Francisco Bay Area.

If anyone in the area is interested in going, let me know and we can arrange for a time to all meet there.

I counted 4 people. I might be hard for all of you to get range time at the same time to at Sunnyvale. If I remember correctly, there are only like 10 rifle bays and 6-8 pistol bays. If you don't mind an extra 10-15 minutes of driving, Los Altos Gun and Rod isn't to much furtherer away and had a lot more shooting stations

I know that Sunnyvale is small, but there'll be a few new shooters, and it'd be nice to have to seriously focus on only a few shooters at once. That, and we don't have enough newbie-suitable guns (a .30-06 throwing my handloads probably wouldn't be good to start someone on...) to allow everyone to shoot at once.

That, and we could be talking shop, discussing safety, shooting techniques, etc. while the others are shooting.

Sorry, I don't have time to go today. May be next time. BTW, I have enough newbie suitable guns (22 bolt action, 22 pistol.)

When we get a chance to meet, I'll bring them.
