So if you search my post history, you will find that I bought a Kahr CW380 this past January.

During the break in period I had problems with the slide locking back on partially-full magazines. Several hundred rounds out of the "break in period" and the gun is still doing it, with many different shooters. I was initially kind of pissed off at Kahr because I filled out their online Return Authorization form and never got a response. Due to work, family, and various other things that came up this year I haven't dealt with this until today.
So today I finally called Kahr customer service. My call was answered in three rings and a polite gentleman who spoke clear English asked me for my serial number and zip code, confirmed my address, and then told me that Kahr would be covering shipping BOTH ways, and that a FedEx prepaid label would be forthcoming in my email inbox soon. About 10 minutes later I received said label, printed it out. The gun is now on its way back to Kahr.
This is my 3rd Kahr and my first time dealing with their customer service. I will keep everyone updated but the initial contact was very painless.
