Shipping ammo

I need to get some ammo to a gunsmith I'm using for some work on one of my guns. How can I legally ship it? UPS, USPS or other?
 
Ship UPS ground

Mark as ORM-D, small arms ammunition.

Must take it DIRECT to UPS hub ... no "storefront" locations.
