Primers and gunpowder are a completely different category in DOT than cartridges.

in relation to this statement:
Many suppliers just ship cases in the manufacturers box, logos and content descriptions printed on the boxes. I have received many shipped that way.

Winchester, Federal, Remington and others just ship the stuff in mfg boxes without disguising what is inside like they used to do

Does a shipper NEED an account to ship ammo via FedEx? UPS? I am talking a regular citizen here, not a business, such as shipping some ammo to my cousin in AL
