I never lied to my wife when I was married. What's more, I sold absolutley everything I had to make her "happy". I had nothing... no guns, no audio gear, no camera gear, no motorcycle, no fun car... all gone. Now that I'm divorced I have all those things PLUS no complaining all the time. YIPPEEE!!!

I invested alot of my extra money when I was single into firearms, now I have a deal with my CFO that I will not invest "new" money into a firearm until we get her student loans paid off. I can buy bullets and brass and supplies on a limited budget to keep me shooting. If I want a new gun I have to trade or sell one that I have. So far it works out pretty well, she never sees money leave that she didnt approve and in the mean time I get to refine my collection into what I really need vs what I want.

I save and shop but most of the time I just use the LGS 60 day layaway plan and put 30% down and pay out the rest.
