I'm 29, most likely placing me below the minimm age you had thought of for knowing this one.... but yes i think i know this one, a suppressed S&W 9mm pistol (can't remember the model number sorry) don't know if their still in the inventory though.

S&W M59 with a can, and sights tall enough to "see" over the suppressor. (Actually, I think it was made technically before Smith came out with the M59, but it was a high cap framed version of the M39 that eventually became the commercial M59.)
