I live in Vancouver, WA. Anyone else here who lives nearby? If so, know of any places to shoot? I'm looking to shoot shotguns and handguns outdoors. Any help would be greatly appreciated. P.S. I live out in Brush Prarie. Thanks in advance.

JayTee,

I live in Vancouver and know of two good places to go. Email me and I'll give you the details.

Some friends and I occasionally go on "veggie shoots" to a range not too far away were you can take biodegradable materials (potatoes, melons, etc.) and have some interactive fun. :p

Cheers,

Vancouver trap club on sevetny sixth street shoots on wednesdays and has a practice trap open for the public too.
clark rifles would be the closest range to you.they shoot all kinds of rifle and pistol, not sure about shotguns, don't think so,but......
English pit is only open certain days of the week,I think rifle and pistol only.
There is a club up past Amboy that is looking for members. It's calles Wolverton Mt. gun club.Last I knew you could make installment payments to join up.YOu get a key and just go shoot on non-club-function days.we jhave three ranges and covered firing positons there.Shotguns ARE allowed.lONGEST range is about 120 yds.Email me for info if ya like and i'll put you in touch with the secretary. It's a good place to shoot and range fee is only three bucks I believe.
I haven't lived there for a while but you used to be able to go shotgun shooting down in fruit valley at vancouver lake,Dang,ca'nt remember exactly wehre but it was by a park in fruit valley.permit was required, availabel at hunting license dealers.
