I have a Ruger PC9 carbine. I would like to start shooting 9mm 147g FP lead bullets. I have heard good things about Oragon Trail, however my main concern is leading. In a Carbine I am looking at about 200 more feet per second form a normal 9mm round. Lets take the data from Titegoup, on the low end if I use 3.2g the FPS would be 855 from a hand gun. Add 200 more feet and I am over 1000 FPS. From what I have been reading I want to keep lead under 1000 FPS or I will get leading. Am I just being to critical about the FPS or can I push it to maybe 1100 FPS? Any thoughts?

The Oregon Trails bullets are probably your best choice for this. To obtain higher velocity, I'd think about a powder slower than TiteGroup. One that will work very well for you in this application will be AA#7, it was formulated for the 9 X 19mm: http://www.accuratepowder.com/data/...ddata/355Cal(9mm)/9mm 19 P pages 91 to 92.pdf will give you data. Their cast bullet was 145 grains, but the data can be used for the 147 since you need to begin with a Start Charge.;)

I have been using Oregon Trial lead bullets in my 44 Ruger Carbine for some time without any sign of leading. They are the hadest lead bullet that I have found on the market and I am sure you will have no leading problems unless you push them faster than they are designed.
