Tony's comment about womens' smaller hands being really adept at making cartridges is quite fitting. Plenty of women made cartridges during the Civil War and there is a Winslow Homer engraving of women making them at some factory.

Hey those look awesome!...I have yet to delve myself but other than the griswolds nipple issues it was really a time saver...Tony says he sits and rolls em up while watchin the tube...I can surely see making them in my near future.

I saw an ad for a dental lab in California. It showed their technicians. Every one was a woman (young good-lookin' women, I might add. )
