So, I found that my gun doesn't like PMC ammo. The rounds were too tight too fit between the slide and the extractor. I bought some Remington rounds and voila!

thanks to those who gave me some pointers, and those who mocked me for calling my 'mag' a 'clip'...

Hey guys, I just order a Taurus MP PT140 and I was wondering what grain you could recommend to me. Im looking for solid bullets nothing top of the line or something thats going to run my wallet dry. I was thinking some average bullets in bulk to target shoot, maybe 165? And hollow points to carry as a sidearm for bear etc. Any input would be appreciated!

I carried Winchester Ranger 155gr in my PT140MilPro. In a 3.5" barrel I THINK there are better ballistics with the 155gr. Practice with what's cheap mostly and also with your carry ammo.
