Shotgun reloading formula needed

I am reloading 20 Ga 2 3/4 Winchester AA(Single Hull) using Win 209 primers and Hogdons Longshot powder. I use SP20S wads. The formula from Hogdons and Lyman reloading book is 18 Gns. The issue I am having is there does not seem to be enough space in the wad for 1 oz of shot. If I use a Winchester AA wads they are fine. did not see a formula for that combination. Can someone give me a formula gran wise for the following. I am using a Mec 7000 re-loader
Winchester AA single hull
Win 209 Primers
Winchester AA Wads (which by the way on the bag say they go from 7/8 oz to 1 1/4 oz)
Hogdons Longshot powder
Number 6 shot 1 oz for Pheasant hunting

Check the powder manufacturer web sites. Here is what I got a Hodgden. But not sure I got all the choices correct for your load.
